• Following the initial consultation, we will arrange to meet with you at a time and location of your choice. For those within 15 miles of our office we offer home appointments and for clients further afield or those who prefer remote services, we also provide video appointments. In this meeting we will usually take a more in depth look at your estate and your circumstances, suggest suitable solutions and take instructions. For more complex estates a second meeting may be required. Prior to attending the meeting, we require a non-refundable deposit of £100. This is then deducted from our total fees. If you do not proceed after the meeting, the £100 covers our time and any advice that we have already provided to you.
• A draft of your documentation is generally sent to you within 10 working days of receiving your instructions although this can be expediated for a small additional fee.
• Evening and weekend appointments are available upon request.
